Sportzcise — Terms & Conditions of Registration

Programme Enrolment & Rollover Policy

All enrichment programmes operate on an automatic rollover system. This means that upon completion of each term, your child will be automatically enrolled in the following term's sessions. Should you wish to opt out or discontinue the programme, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify the Sportzcise administrative team directly prior to the commencement of the new term.

Payment Policy

  • All fees are due and payable prior to the commencement of the first lesson.

  • A strict No Pay, No Play policy is enforced. Unconfirmed or unpaid spots will be reallocated to the next enrolled student.

  • By submitting a registration form, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for all fees associated with the selected activity, unless a formal opt-out notification has been received by Sportzcise.

Refund Policy

Sportzcise operates a no cash refund policy on all services, with no exceptions. In applicable cases, credits may be issued in the form of lesson catch-ups, redeemable at participating venues within the current academic year only.

Force Majeure & External Disruptions

In the event that sessions are disrupted, suspended, cancelled, or rendered impossible to deliver due to circumstances entirely beyond the control of Sportzcise, including but not limited to:

  • International or regional armed conflict

  • Government-mandated shutdowns, curfews, or emergency orders

  • Venue closure or inaccessibility due to government or regulatory action

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events

  • Any other extraordinary circumstances outside the reasonable control of Sportzcise

 

No monetary refund or cash equivalent shall be issued under any such circumstances. Sportzcise’s no cash refund policy remains absolute and unconditional in this regard.

 

Where sessions cannot be delivered at the registered venue due to any of the above, Sportzcise will endeavour, on a reasonable efforts basis, to provide the following remedies:

  • Make-up sessions to be scheduled at the earliest practicable opportunity, subject to availability; and/or

  • Alternative venue options where operationally feasible, subject to availability and logistical constraints.

 

Any such remedies offered shall be provided in the form of lesson credits only, applicable within the current academic year. Credits issued under this clause are non-transferable, non-refundable, and carry no monetary value. The provision of alternative venues or make-up sessions is offered on a best-efforts basis and does not constitute a guarantee of equivalent service.

 

For the avoidance of doubt: force majeure credits are subject to the same terms as all other catch-up credits under this policy and cannot be converted to cash, carried forward beyond the current academic year, or applied as a discount against future term fees.

Catch-Up Credit Redemption & Cross-Activity Policy

Where a client holds outstanding catch-up lesson credits, such credits may, at the client's election, be redeemed against an alternative activity offered by Sportzcise at the same registered venue ("Cross-Activity Redemption"). Such redemption shall be subject to availability and must be utilised within the current academic year.

Non-Continuation & Return Condition

​

In the event that a client elects to redeem catch-up credits via Cross-Activity Redemption and, during the course of such alternative activity, discontinues enrolment in their original registered programme (hereinafter "the Primary Activity"), the following conditions shall apply upon any request to re-enrol in the Primary Activity:

  1. Re-enrolment on a Pro-Rata Basis Excluded — The client shall not be entitled to re-enrol in the Primary Activity on a pro-rated or mid-term fee basis by reason of previously held catch-up credits. Full term fees shall be applicable upon re-enrolment, unless the client re-enrols at the natural commencement of a new term.

  2. No Cash Conversion of Credits — Any catch-up credits that were originally issued in lieu of missed lessons shall not, under any circumstances, be converted to a monetary refund or cash equivalent, whether at the point of Cross-Activity Redemption, upon completion of such alternative activity, or upon re-enrolment into any programme. Sportzcise's no cash refund policy remains absolute and unconditional in this regard.

  3. Credits Deemed Utilised — Once a client has completed a Cross-Activity Redemption in full or in part, all associated catch-up credits shall be deemed fully utilised and extinguished. No residual credit value shall carry forward, be reinstated, or be applied against future enrolments in the Primary Activity or any other programme.

For the avoidance of doubt: A client who redeems catch-up credits on an alternative activity, subsequently withdraws from that alternative activity, and thereafter seeks to return to their original programme shall be required to pay full applicable term fees from the commencement of the next available term. No credit, discount, pro-rated adjustment, or cash refund shall be granted in connection with any previously redeemed or outstanding catch-up entitlements.

Please note that the nursery or venue associated with your registration acts solely as a hosting partner and bears no responsibility for any communication or financial matters relating to Sportzcise services. All queries, concerns, and correspondence regarding enrolment, payments, or withdrawals must be directed to the Sportzcise administrative team via the contact details provided above.

Registration Confirmation

Upon successful submission of your registration form, your details will be saved and you will be contacted within 24 hours via WhatsApp with full details of your child's enrolment. Please ensure that a valid WhatsApp number is provided to avoid any delays in receiving your confirmation.

During periods of high enrolment volume, response times may be slightly delayed. Should you not receive confirmation within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us directly:
