Sportzcise — Terms & Conditions of Registration

Programme Enrolment & Rollover Policy

All enrichment programmes operate on an automatic rollover system. This means that upon completion of each term, your child will be automatically enrolled in the following term's sessions. Should you wish to opt out or discontinue the programme, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to notify the Sportzcise administrative team directly prior to the commencement of the new term.

Payment Policy

  • All fees are due and payable prior to the commencement of the first lesson.

  • A strict No Pay, No Play policy is enforced. Unconfirmed or unpaid spots will be reallocated to the next enrolled student.

  • By submitting a registration form, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for all fees associated with the selected activity, unless a formal opt-out notification has been received by Sportzcise.

Refund Policy

Sportzcise operates a no cash refund policy on all services, with no exceptions. In applicable cases, credits may be issued in the form of lesson catch-ups, redeemable at participating venues within the current academic year only.

Venue & Communication Disclaimer

Please note that the nursery or venue associated with your registration acts solely as a hosting partner and bears no responsibility for any communication or financial matters relating to Sportzcise services. All queries, concerns, and correspondence regarding enrolment, payments, or withdrawals must be directed to the Sportzcise administrative team via the contact details provided above.

Registration Confirmation

Upon successful submission of your registration form, your details will be saved and you will be contacted within 24 hours via WhatsApp with full details of your child's enrolment. Please ensure that a valid WhatsApp number is provided to avoid any delays in receiving your confirmation.

During periods of high enrolment volume, response times may be slightly delayed. Should you not receive confirmation within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us directly:
