Please read carefully.

* Our lessons, venues and summer camps require all participants to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions.
​
* Swiig sports T/A Sportzcise provide multi-sport enrichment programs to students aged 2 yrs and above in Early childhood Centre's / primary / secondary schools and venues in United Arab Emirates.
​
* No warranty / Guarantee will be given on any uniform, bag and water-bottle if used for the first time or abused inappropriately.
​
*Extra uniforms will be charged at a rate of aed90.
​
* All enrichment programs are on a roll over system from term to term. Automatic entry into the next term.
​
* Participants have the right to withdraw from any programs offered by Swiig Sports / Sportzcise with a terms notice (90 days). No refund will be given on balance of term fees.
​
* Swiig Sports / Sportzcise, management and staff cannot accept or be held responsible for injuries / accidents that may occur while participating in any activities at the venue / school premises. High levels of safety are taken to ensure all participants are looked after.
​
* Delivery of registration packs will be sent directly to the nursery / school and signed off by relevant authority. Swiig Sports / Sportzcise cannot be held responsible for these items once delivered.
​
*All fees are paid on an upfront termly basis before first lesson of each term. No pay no play policy is enforced.
​
*Annual Registration fee per activity will be a once off charge.
​
*Registration Fees include a sportzcise activity specific uniform, bag and water bottle as well as medal and certificate.
*Up to 3 activities' only 1 bag and 1 bottle will be issued, more than 3 then 2 bags and 2 bottles' will be given.
​
* No refunds will be given due to illness, sickness, early vacation or leaving school early for outside appointments.
​
* Admin fee of AED75 will be charged for each activity if refund is approved by management.
​
* No refunds / transfers on registration fees and used uniforms.
​
* Payment can be made via cash or bank transfers.
​
*The Commercial Code makes clear that if there is a contract between two parties, the creditor is entitled to interest as compensation for delayed payment on invoices under Article 88. It can be at the rate decided by the parties under Article 77. In the absence of an agreement, it will be at the prevailing market rate, subject to a maximum of 12% under Article 76.
The interest will accrue from the date of the commercial debt ‘falling due’.
​
*Additionally, under Article 91 of the Commercial Code, a creditor may claim damages in addition to the delay interest. It is actionable per se; thus, the creditor does not need to prove damages that he may have suffered as a cause of the debtor thus Late penalty / admin costs of aed262.50 incl vat will be charged per month.
